Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions for Stevie's Safe Space are a bit different to other clothing shops you've seen.

If you're here, I assume you're here in good faith. This website is for your shopping experience provided you are here in good faith, with good intentions, and you accept the terms and conditions and everything outlined in the policies and notices.

By visiting the site, and/or making a purchase, you are engaging in our "service" and are bound by these terms.

These terms apply to everyone visiting the site including shoppers, browsers, vendors, wholesalers, contributors, and distributors.

Any time you access the website, you agree to the terms. If you don't agree to the terms, you may not engage in the website or use our services.

If our services are considered an offer, fulfillment is considered an acceptance of these terms.

I reserve the right to change, replace or update my terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are up to date with the current terms and conditions.

Your use of the website after any changes or updates are made constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Terms

You have to be 18.

You can't use the shirts for anything unauthorized or illegal.

If you breach the terms, you can't order from me again.

If I believe your purchase is for nefarious reasons, I won't fulfill your order. I will refund your payment method and cancel your order.

You can't copy any of our designs or use any of our emotional labour without consent and proper credit.

We have your personal information which I outline in the Privacy Policy. Your information may be used for marketing, fulfillment of services, payment processing, shipping, and for contacting you for fulfillment of services. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your data.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue service at any time without notice.

We are not liable to you or any third party for price changes, suspension, or discontinuance of service.

We like to think that we have accurate photos representing each of the products but we cannot guarantee that your screen will show you accurate colour representation.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restrict or limit our sales to anyone based on geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict and limit the quantity of items we will fulfill. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice. All product descriptions and/or pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

We hope our products meet your expectations but if they don't we will take reasonable measures to meet your expectations. We do not promise that the quality of products, our service, information or material purchased by you will meet your expectations or that any errors be corrected.

In the event of us cancelling an order or making a change to your order, we may try to contact you by email, phone number, address from billing information provided at the time you placed your order.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit any orders we believe to be made to distributors without authorization, or for nefarious purposes.

We provide access to third party tools including our fulfillment site, our live shipping, payment processing. You acknowledge that we provide these third party services as is and as available. We are not liable for anything that happens as a result of your use of the optional third party tools.

We may use some third party links on the site to call attention to something or increase visibility. We are not liable for anything regarding these third party links or what happens or where you go when you click them.

You are prohibited from using anything from the site or its contents for anything without authorization from a representative of Stevie's Safe Space.

We do not warrant that your service or purchase will be error free, timely, uninterrupted or secure.

If you have any concerns about the product you received, any questions about the terms and conditions, or any other concerns, contact info@steviesafespaces.com and we will do our reasonable best to rectify the issue.

Bulk Orders

Stevie accepts no responsibility past supplying the contact person with the requested number of shirts once payment has been received.

Stevie will fulfill the order and uphold their high quality standards and return policy.

Stevie is not responsible for lost or missing items once the order is handed off to the contact person who placed the order.

Distribution of individual orders and collection of money is the contact person's responsibility.

Refunds and Returns

If you are requesting a refund, send me a message using the contact form and please give me the opportunity to make your order right before you request money back. I am a small trans-owned business and more than likely, your purchase has paid for an expense of mine already.

If we have made a mistake on your order such as the size, design, the quality of the print is not up to your standards, or you are missing part of your order, I would like the opportunity to correct it or have your order reprinted. More often than not, we can resolve the issue.

If a resolution cannot be reached between us, I will absolutely issue a full refund and wish you the best of luck finding another vendor that can meet your needs.

I don’t often accept returns unless it is a large quantity or there are extenuating circumstances. If circumstances are not extenuating, keep your original shipment or pay it forward.

I only ask that you keep communicating with me and I am sure that we can find a resolution that meets both of our needs.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

The short answer is about two weeks.

The long answer is that it is very dependent on if your order is drop shipped or fulfilled by me. I am doing my best to fulfill everything myself however if you order ONLY a tshirt, no stickers, no pins, no plus sizes, I will likely drop ship it to get it to you quickly. That can take about a week.
If you order stickers, pins, plus sizes, or all of the above, I will be fulfilling your order myself and I will be packaging and shipping during business hours only.
I do plan to communicate any vacation time via my social media and newsletters.

If you order something that is backordered, as soon as the restock happens, your order will be shipped out.

Once again, if you are ever unsure, you want your tracking, or a status report, I encourage you to send me an email using the contact form.

My husband or I will answer your inquiries during business hours.

At the beginning of this section, I told you two weeks. I will do everything in my power to make it two weeks or less. I believe in under-promising and over-performing.

Unless you have expressed permission from me, anyone using any of these designs is committing copyright infringement. There isn’t much that I can do about it but just know that I think you’re an asshole.

Fanart is totally okay as long as you’re not profiting from the designs themselves.
