If you are requesting a refund, send me a message using the
contact form and please give me the opportunity to make your order right before you request money back. I am a small trans-owned business and more than likely, your purchase has paid for an expense of mine already.
If we have made a mistake on your order such as the size, design, the quality of the print is not up to your standards, or you are missing part of your order, I would like the opportunity to correct it or have your order reprinted. More often than not, we can resolve the issue.
If a resolution cannot be reached between us, I will absolutely issue a full refund and wish you the best of luck finding another vendor that can meet your needs.
I don’t often accept returns unless it is a large quantity or there are extenuating circumstances. If circumstances are not extenuating, keep your original shipment or pay it forward.
I only ask that you keep communicating with me and I am sure that we can find a resolution that meets both of our needs.
