If you are requesting a refund, send me an email to
info@steviesafespaces.com and please give me the opportunity to make your order right before you request your money back. I am a small trans-owned business and more than likely, your purchase has paid for an expense of mine already.
If we have made a mistake on your order such as the size, design, the quality of the print is not up to your standards, or you are missing a part of your order, I would like the opportunity to correct it or have your order reprinted. More often than not, we can resolve the issue.
If a resolution cannot be reached between us, I will absolutely issue a full refund and wish you the best of luck finding a vendor that meets your needs.
I do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is a large quantity or there are extenuating circumstances. If circumstances are not extenuating, I sincerely apologize but because there is a size chart available on every product page and you have had opportunities to ensure your own size, I cannot offer returns or exchanges.
